Setting Intentions for the New Year 

As we enter into a new year, the collective will be shifting. We will be guided to align with our true self and cultivate a deeper understanding of who we are. We are being called at this time to break free from limiting thinking as we transition from an old system and welcome in the new. We will be pushed toward opportunities that will lead to our personal growth and spiritual connection.

During this Yoga Nidra and Reiki workshop, students will lie down in Shavasana and be guided through various stages of deep rejuvenation. While the practitioner is in a very relaxed state of Yoga Nidra, through visualization we will plant the seeds of intention for the coming year to align with our higher values.
